Donnie maid it very easy to make an appointment. Glen was very informative on what oil was needed for my Son's Brand New Car. We bring all of our vehicles to the Big O Tire to 215 North 3rd in GJ because of the friendly and knowledgeable people. Thank you Guys at Big O.

This store, in a short couple of hours, solved an issue that the Subaru dealership was dragging out for weeks. I am very pleased.

I came in as they were able to schedule me in same day for an alignment, I requested the tech to inspect ball joints and advise if any other repairs were necessary. Also requested to check axle to frame alignment and showed tech how to adjust aftermarket track bar. Tech did a perfect job and truck drove great. To no fault of tech I experienced catastrophic failure of track bar, installed new bar and requested alignment, big o got me in same day again, I provided custom alignment specs and big o performed the request with no problem and included entire service under warranty! I will continue to use this location in the future and have recommended others

The guys at the 3rd St Big O are the absolute best! They are the only people in town I would go to for tires or an oil change.

They were very quick and efficient, it turned out the key that I had for my locking lug nuts was the wrong key they removed those lug nuts and replace them for me in a very adequate amount of time.

The staff not only took care of me but displayed comfort in their work environment
