Big O Tires

My car had a flat in our parking lot and the manager sent someone over to fill the tire. We drove it over to the store and I purchased new tires due to the age of my current tires and they completed everything promptly.

I was told I would receive a phone call when my vehicle was done, which never happened. I was told the service would take roughly 1 hour to complete, and after my vehicle was there for 5 hours I called to see if it was done. I was told I was never called because my paperwork was buried under a bunch of other work orders. It doesn't really matter to be honest, but communication would have been nice?

I was due for a tire rotation and oil change they got my car in right off and got my car done in no time. Plus they let me know the air filter was real dirty and put in a new one. Great service and nice and friendly staff. Thank you.
