Every part of the experience. From quick answer to my call, listening to my need, finding my solution, flexibility with drop off, service as requested, promptness of service, everything was excellent.

Always friendly and take care of both our vehicles and have always been treated right. More than pleased with the staff there.

Donnie, Glenn, Justin and their team (Chris, Kito, PJ, Davey and Beto )are amazing. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They are a team you can trust with your vehicle and not have to worry about being taken advantage of. They continuously communicate with you during the process, so you're up to date at all time. There is not another shop in Grand Junction that I will trust with my vehicle.

The problem (headlights) was quite puzzling to me. One day low beams were off, next day - at shop - were on. Glen gave us a clear explanation of what might have happened, and the approximate cost should it happen again and need for permanent fix.

Big O could not locate shocks struts for my vehicle. I found them, bought them, and Big O did the installation. Great job too!

Donnie is always friendly. Keeps me up to date on the service being done.

Without appointment, my car was taken in right away. The estimated time was 1.5 hours, but it actually only took 30-40 minutes. I was very impressed with Donnie's management of the place.

The customer service rep was outstanding and he communicated with me very well. He understood my concerns.
