Big O Tires

Tech was awesome and uderstanding in a very difficult situation.

Went to big o tires for all season and associate was very knowledgeable and helpful wanted the defender tires and they where not available so I bought the Big O Legacy AS Plus 235/55R18 104V XL he explain and bought them i tested the tires and they where great love them very enjoyable ride and very eco friendly will be sure to recommend others thank you big o tires.

I called Thursday morning Feb 1st asking for studded snow tires for my new vehicle being delivered that morning. The associate told me they had 4 in that star and could add studs to them on site. My new car, with studded snow tires that the dealer couldn’t find in Denver that week, was ready 4 hours after delivery. I could not be more pleased. Chuffed even. Bought the 3 year warranty and I’ll be back for tire exchange in the spring.

They forgot about my tire and then had issues plugging the hole but in the end did not charge me.

The staff was highly friendly and were able to assist with all questions that I had. It was a quick and easy service.

Kudos for Uriel Garci I probably ten minutes standing in line before I got to Uriel. But during that time, I noticed the care he gave to each person. I knew that I would get the same care, I did, it was worth waiting for. I was going to purchase a set of Blizzaack tires from Costtco. However, Uriel went out of his way to match the price and warranty. He kept me in the loop as he was exploring different options--communicating to me exactly what he was doing.
