Big O Tires

Question about tire balance. Mechanic took a test drive and decided to rebalance the two front tires. There was no charge since we bought them from Big O.

We needed our tire repaired. They started on our tire right away. It had a screw in it and only took 15 minutes to repair.

The representative was nice, very professional. The service was supposed to take an hour and it did. I asked him to check my tires to see if I need new ones or not. He looked at them and told me the still had plenty of tread. He didn’t try to talk me into buying something I didn’t need.

I was looking for a specialty set of tires that were all terrain but, no one had anything that fit my specific tire size so Big O ordered them for me they came in 24 hours and put them on right away!

Great service and they went the extra mile to get me to my work since it was raining and walking was not a great option!
