I’ve been buying tires at BigO for 17 years for many vehicles. Over the past five years, I have been treated less and less like a customer. This last time was the absolute worst. I am so glad for BigO Tires that business is so good that they can treat long time customers so poorly. Good for you. I’ll shop elsewhere now thank you very much.
