there is a state order to wear a mask inside of buildings. at least 2 employees didnt wear a mask. there was NO sign on door requiring a mask.

I arrived at 8:15 AM, The tires I intended to put on my car were the wrong size, took a substitute. Told I my car would be ready in about 1.5 to 2 hours (including alignment). After 3 hours I asked for my keys back. They then said it would be a while longer for the alignment to take place. I asked if staff person would call me, so I could accomplish some errands I needed to do. He assured me he would. I returned to establishment, because they did not email my receipt, nor call me. I asked again if they would call me so I could get alignment done that day. I waited in town a until 2:00 PM they never called. I drove 120 miles to get the service done, I lost hours at work. The only reason I went there, was because they ordered the tires I wanted and had called the day before to say they were in. I felt honor bound to buy the tires there. (wrong size of tires and no honor in keeping their word to call me so I could get the alignment)

There was damage done to my vehicle that I noticed after I left the store. I went in the next day to point it out. The manager told me I needed to follow up on Monday (it was Saturday). I did that! He told me there was no way damage like that could have happened to the underside of my passenger door. My door is now sitting HIGHER than it was before. Any normal person would acknowledge that my car was LOWERED onto something causing the damage and causing my door to sit HIGHER. I tried to take it to the district manager and my calls and emails have been ignored. Meanwhile my door has damage and I will be left paying that bill. I cannot believe how the managers, both local and district, have handled this! I would expect better from a big corporation like this! I will not visit another BIG O store!! This is infuriating! I was told there were cameras for situations like this, however, was then told that the quality was poor and they can't determine if my door was even opened. What's the point in having cameras that don't tell the full story? I have been a loyal customer for years-but not anymore! I would have appreciated some follow up from the district manager- but I'm being ignored!

I went to BigO to have a flat tire repaired. I bought this tire at bigO. When I arrived there was 2 cars in the bay and no other customers waiting. No time was promised. 15 mins after I arrived, several other customers arrived. After an hour, I asked about my vehicle. I was told they were only just taking it into the bay to repair. 45 mins I again asked about my vehicle. I was told if was done and sitting out in the road. 1 hour 45 mins to fix a flat tire when there was plenty of time for it to be fixed before they got busy. No apologies. This is the 2nd time I have had this issue with this location. I will not be returning. You have lost all 4 of my vehicles and 4 that my parents use yo bring to you as well

Took my car in yesterday for basic oil change as I was supposed to be leaving for road trip to Chicago today Sat 6/19. After packing up the car I noticed 3 large puddles of oil under the engine. Returned car to Big O approx 9.30am had to wait 20 mins to speak with manager as there was another gentleman in front of me making a complaint. Manager took a look at my car immediately, came back and informed me the mechanic had not replaced gasket on oil pan and this was where it was leaking. Problem was resolved but now 4 hours behind schedule.
