Although website pricing does state that additional fees will be added, one could reasonably expect another hundred dollars or so. When I'm told a number several hundred higher than the site showed, then your site is being deceptive.

When I come in for a wheel alignment at 8:30am on Friday and can leave my vehicle, I expect them to get it done sometime that day. I was told they didn't have the help, so I had to come back Saturday and had to stand in line at 7:45am just to get in. The point is that I expect the job to be done the same day, especially since it was only an alignment and nothing else. Bad way to do business with the paying public.

Upon leaving, I wasn't presented with an invoice/statement of the service completed. Since I keep records, I needed to know the mileage of my vehicle along with what was done. I was just given the keys.

When I entered your store only one associate was wearing a mask. I dropped my car off and everything was completed in a timely and excellent manner which I have become accustomed to with Big O but when I returned - none of the sales associates were wearing masks. I have a pacemaker and an enlarged heart. If I get COVID-19 I have a good chance of dying. I mentioned to the sales associate that I would not get close to him because this disease could kill me and all he did was step away. Masks are the Governors Mandate!!! People in your business we also not adherent to the mask requirements because there is not a note on your door. I am so disappointed. This is not a political issue and whether or not you recognize it - people are required to wear masks to save other peoples lives, not theirs! I am a home health and hospice nurse. I would refuse to take care of one of your associates who got this disease because they were not adhering to the law.

I have made this comment in the past. I think a year ago, that I simply am not treated like a customer. Twenty years ago, this place was fantastic, with exceptional customer service. Thousands of dollars later and many many sets of tires purchased by me at this shop doesn't seem to make a bit of difference. Business is booming for Big-O. Good for you. Wait till things are bad and you actually have to compete. You can guarantee I'll be going elsewhere.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't check the air pressures in tires and just called the job done..Not professional and I was missing caps. Disappointing

Your website does not display the tires actually available. I was sold a speed grade T, but I clearly asked for speed grade H.

When I give them a coupon I expect it to be used. The person handling the transaction was so involved with a side conversation (not about work) with a fellow employee that he completely neglected to use the coupon he had in his possession and charged me the full proce until i discovered it prior to leaving at which time he credited back the coupon amount.

Was told a 90 minute wait. After 90 minutes, was told it could be another hour. Did not have time and had to leave. A wasted 90 minutes

Dodge dakota suddenly had loud front end squeak. Big-O said it was badly worn ball joints. This diagnosis was not true! Squeak came from front end fitting that needed grease, not ball joints. If I believed Big-O I would have had to spend $1500 for repairs. This may be an example of fraud!
