Big O Tires

I had called the day before to try and schedule an appointment for brake service, was told that it was first come first serve and to come early, I asked about parts and was told that parts were in Montrose, when I arrived at 8:15 am was told that it would take a few hours and then was told that it would take another 2 hours due to parts needing to be brought from nearby location. Total of 4 hours at location.

Didn’t let me know when car was done. I saw it in parking lot and had to go ask if it was ready.

Staff was not particularly "friendly" it was more like they were just doing their jobs but were not "welcoming" in their demeanor.

Limited service hours.

I would've rather made an appointment but was told it was walk ins only.

They had road construction next to big o had a hard time finding a spot ,not alot of room to park and had to park in wrong location one of your associates yelled in the shop ,so I let your clerk know it was me didn't tell like he did told clerk you find a spot to park The guy in the shop was very unprofessional and all customers in waiting area said they agreed with me he was out of control, Things happen control you temper you are here to provide a service no apology was made for his behavior!!

The associate seemed disinterested and inconvinienced by our presence.

The sales person greeted me. However, he needs to work on connecting with the customer. He is indifferent neither engaging or interested. Not unfriendly but merely present for the transaction. He was the same when the vehicle was picked up.
