Wayne ordered tires for me like he always has! The shop called me when they had them and I came in the following morning and had them installed. They also checked the alignment. Quick service, fair price (good value) and first class attention. Thank you, Bill

I would have liked to see the alignment paper work before and after to see what was done. I am thankful the crew informed me of 2 bad tires. the Road force test was bad. I purchased my tires from Discount tire and have been a lot more pleased with Big O Tires and the honesty that they carry.

They texted my mother, the person who scheduled the appointment instead of me when I gave them my number when I dropped my car off. I never got a text at all.

Big O was amazing in finding a speciality tire size and getting it delivered day of, life savers when we had a flat. But it was a bit of a bummer that we had to buy the tires and take them to Walmart for installation because shop didn’t have time to install. Saved 300$ on labor though.

My only issue was that I had to go with a different tire, but that was no fault of the company. I ordered the wrong tire

Asked to have my brakes checked as time of new tire purchase. No feedback was provided. Nothing on my invoice was explained to me. I had to ask what my total was after I paid. Once I received my printout and left the building, I noticed a service note saying an alignment was recommended. Would have happily had this done with my tire purchase but no one told me!!!
