I got what I wanted---the right tire, fair price (I think), fast service, good employees

Employees were very friendly and they got me in with out an appointment. Explained to me on my service and recommended new tires before winter. I told them to go ahead on the new tiered which they gave me a great deal i could not pass up.

Oh I have had most of my work done at this Big-O. They do good work there!!

The waiting area was clean so waiting was not an issue. The mechanic went over the invoice and what was checked. Everyone was professional and not in a mad-dash rush.
