Big O Tires

I went in requesting an alignment check due to uneven tear wear. The check was done at no charge. The service person showed the results and confirmed that my tire was defective and agreed I should return to the original place of tire purchase to show the alignment check results. Exceptional service at no charge.

The price was reasonable. I was however disatisfied that the mileage on previous was half of advertised mileage.

James was very friendly, he also made sure to let us know of the deals going on with tires. We were only going to purchase 2 tires at first but we ended up purchasing all 4 because of the sale he informed us of. They were very quick to get my tires mounted. We waited less than an hour. Very impressive.

You had the tires I needed in stick

Appreciate the prompt service and the attitude of the employees. I felt that they enjoyed their jobs and they seemed happy to be there and happy to please the customer. On a less positive note, I did have to wait to long to pay and pick up. Had to wait on a tire quote for another customer.
