Return likely when they have the only tires in town that fit what I needed. But then found out Walmart had comparable Goodyear tires in stock for half the price. I take my government car to Big O because Walmart isn't an option but for my personal vehicle I don't expect to pay double what Walmart costs.

I’m rarely satisfied with my experience at this location. Unfortunately you have the market cornered. I was turned away two weeks ago at 1:30 pm when I was willing to wait. My opinion is service should never be turned away hours before your 4pm closing time.

Include labor in price quote and when an appointment is scheduled have an associate available to check in at that time. Also, provide the complete service, alignment check, in the quote.

No confidence in service. Tire pressure is never done correctly but I tell you this everytime so why bother. This time they didn't inspect the tires if they did any balancing. I drove across the street to get gas. Looked down at the tire while tanking up. There was a nail in the tread. You could tell the nail had been there due to the wear of the metal picture available. Thank goodness it didn't puncture the core so no repair needed. Just further adds to the no confidence in your service.

Service wasn't delivered. The oil filter was never put on my truck. I took a picture to compare it to the original one that I had on it,and it's the same one. I told associate Mr. Kuhn not to roll my window down, because it needs a new window motor. It was rolled completely down and now I'm not able to get it rolled up. My tires were supposed to be checked. They were all completely down to 29 psi. I never had a next oil change due sticker put on my windshield. I'm sorry for the late response on my issue with this,but I will make sure to write a Google review that isn't going to be a great one. I would like to be compensated for the remarks put on the invoice for my vehicle. Which are as follows: tires need to be rotated and balanced and wiper blades are needed replaced. My fluids were supposed to be checked. Which we're not, because of the wiper fluid still being almost empty.

Please do the work you charge the customer for. If you cant do the work, communicate the reason to the customer. Dont portray the work is complete and send the vehicle out when you didnt do the job.

I was charged me for 2 additional tire protection plans in which I was not offered. When I called to complain, the gentleman told me the fee automatically applies on their billing system and it is up to the customer to request it be removed. At the time of service and payment, there were no discussions on a warranty being offered. I had no idea I was charged for two extra warranties (totaling $70). I was never offered the choice to decline. It is absolute FRAUD to charge your customers additional fees WITHOUT the customers consent. I was also informed my payment card must be there in person to provide refund. This adds yet another inconvenience because I do not live near this location. Complete and utter fraudulent business that charges their customers without consent. Also, prior to my visit, I called to confirm they would be able to accept a credit card payment over the phone. I verified this with another associate the day of my visit prior to servicing. When it came to payment, I was informed the computer would not allow an over the phone payment. This caused extreme financial hardship and undue stress in addition to being charged an extra $70 without my consent.
