Not a bad experience the associate was just confused on what to do to get the rebate. Also they wrote down my phone number since I was picking it up and I dropped it off but then called my husband so I had to wait an extra hour for the car.

Separate visit 11/7- new employees no uniforms, messy hair, not aware of locals. Refused to help even after asking to speak to manager. Came in Monday 11/9 recognized a guy who is now store manager head, said others transferred or quit- that it happens a lot. Sad cause I really liked previous team before bought out by Les Swab. Old manger got transferred to Montrose store :( Now these crack head grungy employees have to learn I'm a #1 gold customer who brings 4 vehicles, camper, boat trailer, flat bed trailer in all the time and keep my Big O card paid off, have to start over. Rude new employees telling me I cant speak to a manger, came in at 10am, said they booked rest of day, could not swap out my tires, they had 4 packets sitting on desk - that's supposed to take from 10 till 4pm??

Great Service. Techs were great too. Only complaint was that I was quoted with 1 hour to get 4 new tires put on, it took 2h. no biggie just would have changed my plan. thanks,

Lower prices. The buy three get one free deal is a joke. You still pay full price.

Make sure the proper air pressure is in the tires including the spare. If they are supposed to be performing an all point check, they need to do it. They did not check air filter and no telling what else.
