Big O Tires

The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job in a short amount of time.

Customer Service and quality maintenance.

I was told it would take about 30 minutes and it took a bit longer (1 hr)

Took an over an hour to change 2 tires with an appointment

They did a great job but nobody gets a perfect score

Had made online appointment and no one seemed to know about it when I called to confirm. Ended up waiting with my vehicle but no estimate on time given so it took longer than I thought it would for a simple tire repair. Otherwise all was good.

Not sure I got the 22 point service check since no report was given for what they checked

I was plenty satisfied. There was nothing wrong with my experience. I feel like I probably should save highly satisfied for something crazy, like I walk in, and someone just hands me 1000$ and a lollipop.

I noticed when driving home that all 4 of my new tires had different pressure in them. I called from my car. I had my husband check with a tire gauge and he had to let out pressure on ALL four tires and make them uniformly the same. When I called an spoke to the Manager, I was told that the new man must of filled them up wrong? Just curious why a new employee would not know how to fill tires with air? I may go back an have them see if there is something that needs to be adjusted on my vehicle to read the pressure? That is when I am in Delta. We do not live there. Mrs. Cooley

Tires are never equally/properly aired in multiple trips so I just do it myself when I get home. Supposedly no paper to print out the Alignment results which gives paused to whether the service was done.
