Extremely friendly and extremely helpful. The sales associate called and let us know there was an issue with a tie rod end and explained what would need to be done. They had the parts and repaired rapidly.

When I went and I didn’t have an appointment but my check engine light kept coming on and they got me in tested it found out I needed a new battery - it was just a great experience. Didn’t make me wait three days like the dealership was going to. They got me in and took great care of me! Dwayne was the main guy who got right on it!

Quick and efficient

I live in Montrose Colorado. I took my truck to the Montrose store to have the tires-Big_O brand rotated. After a few weeks, my tire fell off the truck and caused damage. The tow truck driver stated all tires were loose. Big ) never torqued them down. There was a lot of damage. Big ) after 2 months of fighting reimbursed me a portion of the damage. They NEVER asked if anyone was injured. It could have caused a death due to Big O negligence. Later, months later I bought tires from another company and aske Montrose Bi ) how much to install etc. The manager recognized me and gave me an outrageous price and stated I would have to leave my truck there for hours. I called Delta Big O and they gave me a good price and did everything for less. I will not go back to Montrose Big O. I should have filed a law suit against their negligence.
