Big O Tires

I drove in from Utah. When I got here, I heard something that didn’t sound right. It was my brakes. They were able to diagnose quickly and have made my car safe to drive home. The cost was about twice what the dealership was but the dealership is also 2 hours away.

2 friends expressed extreme satisfaction with their past service/experience. I had a significant need to get a tire changed; thought I would give Big O a try; EXTREMELY SATISFIED

Balanced the tires and our rep pulled all the weights off instead of counter weighting!!

The manager at Bio O tires was thorough, very professional and gave us great service. He went so far as to come back to work, we found out later he was in the shower, after having left for the day, to answer our questions. That was above and beyond guest service!

The staff is exceptional. I have been using this Big O since I purchased my car in 2017. The staff has always been wonderful. The techs are always looking at future maintenance that I should be aware of. I feel safer driving my car after a visit to the Basalt Big O.
