Needed alignment, showed before and after. The 6 month warranty on alignment is good. 149.00 seems high for alignment expected 99-129 max.

Good communication and efficient processing

The staff was really nice and the experience went well though I didn't know until now when retrieving the info required for the first answers, that no alignment of my new tires happened. I wish I'd known that wasn't part of the deal or that I needed to request alignment. However, the store is nice, clean and has a great assortment of snacks in the vending machine, coffee, sodas, etc. and the bathroom was nice and clean and smelled good.

Not a very complicated service---but personnel were friendly and efficient. They even took the time to figure out why I had not been receiving Big-O-Tire offers in the mail ---turned out that on my last visit someone had entered the wrong e-mail address (paul.breer@gmail.com instead of paul.breer1930@gmail.com). Was real nice of him to bother to do this ----and I appreciate the help.

About 12 years ago my wife was told by one of Big O mechanics that her car needed all new breaks. Didn’t have you do anything and had a second opinion and didn’t need breaks. The noise coming from the breaks was a stone caught. Last week you checked out my breaks and came back saying breaks are good. Thank you you have won me back as a customer. Will be coming in the spring for new summer tires for my van. Thanks Ian Long
