They went above and beyond - the tech walked down the road and removed my tire because I could not make it to the shop due to my flat. They couldn't fix it but then put on the spare to drive it to the shop and replaced all 4 new tires I bought in just about 2 hrs total. They were great!

I had my summer tires put on at Costco, and after driving 60 miles to get home, I found that they had put one of the tires onto the rim backward. I took it to Big O this morning, was out in 20 minutes and driving home. The service was superb, staff was very efficient and helpful.

This is a busy location, yet the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, hardworking, and efficient.

Because the worker called in the other worker to come in and do a wheel alignment before they were supposed to be in. I was able to get to work on time because of this.
