The communication was clear that it would take a couple of hours. The store was very busy and some customers were rude, but the staff did a very good job responding to them in a calm and respectful, but direct manner. That is tough to do.

The service is always great. Have benn there 3 time in the last month and it jut gets better.

Got in, got out and the price was reasonable. I didn't get my tire balanced after rotating because I thought the price of $25 per tire was too much

Big O Basalt agents were able to change my tire within a very reasonable time. I luckily had kept the best tire from my old set of tires, so it replaced a damaged tire. however to replace a full set of Nokian tires, hopefully mine will be fine until September when they are available.

They went above and beyond - the tech walked down the road and removed my tire because I could not make it to the shop due to my flat. They couldn't fix it but then put on the spare to drive it to the shop and replaced all 4 new tires I bought in just about 2 hrs total. They were great!
