They went out of their way to help me with the little things I needed done on my vehicle. They thought the appointment was just to get my brakes inspected though I explained that I had talked to one of their guys on the phone and said I already knew they needed changed but they can inspect if they want to. Though I told them I just wanted my appointment to get them changed since I already knew my car needed it. They also even did extra. They went above and beyond getting it all done within a very timely matter.

Easy to get in and out with great and friendly service! I was in a couple days earlier and the power went out on that side of town and they made it easy to get back in.

It moved pretty quickly. Staff was super friendly. I got updated pretty often and even had small talk.

When I told the young man at the counter that I had a flat tire and when I called for help got it changed he gave me the paperwork and told me that they do roadside assistance and highlighted the number for me to put into my phone so I wouldn’t have to call BIG O
