Be more organized and have knowledge on whose vehicles you have on the rack, one guy said my car was in but i was clearly looking at it in the parking lot and other cars were brought in when i was clearly before them and waited my turn, for a 1.5 hour wait for one car on the rack and one car ahead of me i waited for 2.5 hours....and thoroughly look on billing before you call stating something wasn't paid, when it was....the guy was nice, but I felt like he rushed to assume before telling me something, making me hesitant to trust the shop again

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change like I always do, I brought in a glass truck with a rack on it and I asked the the person that waited on me if I had to remove these side panels so they could get to my tires in the back and his exact words were no we have tools and the tire guys can take care of it. I said ok walked home and 45 min later he called and said that they can’t do my tires because of the panels, poor customer service, should’ve asked the tire guys when I was there instead of assuming. So now I have to go to another place to get my tires rotated because that’s how mad I am 😡

I asked to have the maintenance light turned off & when I went to leave they didn't take care of it. I went back in the the tech they sent out spent 30 minutes trying to fix it. So it didn't get done. I also asked to have the alignment checked and they didn't do that either.

Call and tell me the tires I ordered are discontinued before I show up for the scheduled appointment. Very pour business management obviously!

I went in for a full inspection of brakes and alignment. I was told my brakes were brand new but they are the factory installed brakes with 35000 miles on them. I was also told that my alignment was close to perfect and that they could adjust it so that it is perfect, was told it would take the tech two minutes and they would charge me $150 for the two minutes. I also scheduled a tire rotation and tire pressure check. When I got my vehicle back the tires were not rotated and the tire pressure was not adjusted either. I mentioned that my tires were not rotated and they had to take it back in to rotate them. My appointment was at 3:00PM, I showed up at 2:30PM and didn't get out completely until 4:45. Kind of ridiculous. If they tell me that my tires were rotated when they weren't then how do I know if they even did the oil change? Shady practices that is a BIG NO to me and will not get my customer support or my money again.

They put a directional tire on backwards. Forgot to install blinker bulb. No vehicle inspection with oil change. Planned on getting brakes cause mine are really bad, but they were not even checked. Broke washer fluid line. Very over priced for a incomplete terrible service.

Start appointment times within 15 minutes of scheduled time. If it’s going to be longer, communicate this at some point! Over an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change is absurd.

I took my truck to the shop today to get new tires mounted. I noticed a gouge In my wheel from the last time I took it there but I covered it up with sharpie. Before I took it in today I checked over my wheels with a marker so I could cover up any scratches. When I got my truck back today I noticed multiple scratches in my wheels. The manager there was not being friendly at all and I'm am very angry with them.
