Ridiculously high oil change price

When I took my car to get the summer tires changed out for the winter tires, with the price quoted, I expected a balance and alignment but instead it was listed as “Recommended Services”. It should have been included in the price according to my service description.

Make sure the job is fixed before sending customer on their way.

Let me know when it was done. I waited and was never told car was done. Alignment was worse after completion.
