I felt a little bullied into replacing the air filters, even though I had them replaced recently. I was not shown the "dirty" air filters, which still sits uncomfortably with me. I am usually shown the parts that need placing. But I didn't think to ask to see them, which is on me. I trusted the mechanic and approved the replacement since I had a coupon. I am in Marketing, so I understand the pressure the store is under to make the sale. I just feel ashamed that I bought into it. The air filters could have waited a bit to be replaced. It will take a while for me to digest the fact that I fell for a Marketing scam. It will take a while for me to digest the fact that I fell for a Marketing scam. :(

So two days after i purchased my tires and alignment, I headed out on a trip to Arizona. I had multiple stops along the way planned. One was to see my friend in Aspen. Between Glenwood and Carbondale, my right front tire went flat. I had to put the spare on and drive to the Glenwood location. Valve stem was damaged from install. Bill was awesome!! Grabbed my keys got it fixed right away so I could continue my trip. Thank you Bill for caring about your customers! The guys up front at the Loveland store were great to work with all around. I think sometimes techs get in a hurry, and quality can sometimes suffer over speed. It's a balancing act. Things happen, and I will definitely be back.

There was a grease spot on passenger seat. I got it out but associates need to be careful.

It was all good overall but when they got done rotating the tires, as I was driving off and pulled over, I noticed that the very nice rims we have on this car were a mess. Hand and grease marks and they did not put back all the chrome valve caps we have on those tires. Just put them back on the front and not the back. We have a 2006 Pontiac GXP. Excellent condition and they all complemented about the car saying how great it looked. Need to pay more attention to detail, especially when we bring in this nice of a car. They also filled tires with more than recommended on the PSI.

Everything was fine, just didn't know the price ahead of time. Nothing was really wrong I just wish I know how much it was.

Our state and town requires masks be worn by all employees and customers at this time. However, the woman at the front counter not only did not wear a mask or even appear to have one, but she also came right up to me and other customers within a foot or two of my and others faces to speak to us directly. Other employees were also walking around the lobby and talking to customers and each other without masks on and with no social distancing. Customers were present without masks as well and no one asked them to wear a mask or wait outside. I am fearful that my use of this business may result in my contracting COVID due to this disregard for current regulations and the health of customers and workers. The number of COVID cases in our county has increased rapidly in recent weeks. Although service was fast and satisfactory, I do not plan on returning to this business since they obviously do not care if their actions make customers ill or even die.

I was very happy with the team. One of the guys dropped me at the hot springs pool and picked me up. I had requested tires be rotated and they didn't do that. However they had me wait and they did it right away!

You cannot be highly satisfied with everything. Just not humanly possible. We are very satisfied with Big O and the quality in which they serve us. Daniel has the most professional attitude and strives to do his best for each and every person.
