Bill Mitchell is back!!! He is the premier in customer service. You will not find a better communicator or a more knowledgeable person anywhere in this industry. If you haven't had a chance to experience him first hand you are missing out. I am so pleased he is back on the western slope.

Christian Soriano did a great job all the way through. He got me the credit application as he said he would brought in the tires like he said he would and called to let me know they were in. He must have had one good teacher when he entered the business so many years ago.

I am so very thankful for Christian and the assistance that he provided to me. I had a nail in my sidewall of my work vehicle, thus, requiring a completely new tire. While traveling for work from UT, I picked up the nail about five miles west of Glenwood Springs. After waiting for AAA to put the donut spare on the vehicle (it was a very busy time for tow truck drivers due to the extreme weather conditions!), AAA directed me to Big O Tires. Perfect recommendation! I pulled into Big O’s parking lot and Christian walked up to me and asked how he could help. The sky opened when this angel appeared before me!
