Very friendly quick service

Big O Tires has always been the place I take my car for tires or tire repairs. This current visit I needed some diagnostic work as well. They took a while to complete everything but it was busy. Brittany was very pleasant over the phone and at the counter. She helped explain the issues and repairs. She even apologized for the wait time.

The associates were friendly, the store very clean, they fixed the problem, they seemed very efficient.

Had a low tire found a screw it was almost closing time Martin went above and beyond got it fixed helped us get back home past the canyon.

I received personal service, the head mechanic took time to listen to my concerns, he called me several times and was super professional, great experience.

Great customer service, the manager even helped me with my car that did not want to start, the best place to bring your car

I went to the big o tired and they helped me very well, I will definately go back for my next oil cahnge

The staff communicated regularly and accurately. Everyone went out of their way to make sure all was done correctly. A mis-threaded bolt caused a slight delay, but it was brought to my attention right away and I was shown the bolt. When I needed the tires moved to make room for my done it was done immediately and better than I could have asked. I will be back.
