I usually deal with same person, Felipe, he is fair and helpful. I will do my tire business with Big O because of professionals like him.

They were prompt very friendly and did a good job communicating to us how much longer it was going to take to finish the job

Came in with issue of tire pressure dropping for some reason. Service department checked everything out and hopefully resolved the problem. They did it in a very timely manner. Crew was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing People

The guys at Big O were very professional and friendly. Had a humming problem and thought it was the fires. They inspected the front tires and determine it was the front wheel bearings. They replaced them the same day at a reasonable cost. My car is driving much better and I appreciate the time and care everyone took to fix the problem.

Never been disappointed with BigO. Everybody is always great....especially Alec...he's the best.
