The time it took to repair the tire was less than expected and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. A lot less than what I expected.

We did have a little bit of a wait and when we spoke to the associate he mostly talked to my husband when I asked questions and I was the one that paid.

I have put Big O tires on my Tahoes (4 of them) since 1999. I have always got great service and the tires have always been worth the price.

Everything went easy and in a timely manner. From making my appointment to having service taken care of. Did not need tires, but this is my go to place for tires as well.

They were waiting on me when I arrived, greeted me by name and got right to work. I was two minutes early for my appointment and got out within an hour. I pretty much always have a good experience here.
