Big O Tires

They ruined at least 2 rims,and after having come back they didn’t pay for the new rims and tires I DID. Spent 1000.00 more than I should have

I took my truck to get tires rotated. And guy told me he couldn't rotate the tires. Becouse i need it all new wheel nuts. So i whent and bought them .came back and they did rotated them after the second time . then they told me that one wheel stud broke they said it was like that. I know for sure it was not me. I always take all my cars to them.

My car took over 2.5 hrs even with a scheduled appt. Apparently the lift for my vehicle broke while my car was on it and then they did not have the oil filter for my car.
