Came in for rotate and balance. Was experiencing steering wheel vibration and it was worse after the balance.

I brought in an older vehicle and asked for a total inspection and for the front passenger tire to be fixed. The front tire was going flat the day after I picked up the vehicle. It was also making a horrible noise when turning that wasn't there before. I ended up bringing the van back to the store 3 more times to find out that something that was said it was fixed, the CV boot, was worn out and normal wear and tear. But...this was something they supposedly just fixed. So, what else wasn't done?

Faulty new radiator hose installation caused smoke and loss of all tranny fluid, $400 tow was reimbursed although the service hours were not reimbursed and HQ never followed up on the case filed. Very poorly managed.

I took a running vehicle in for a Tune up,they called and said it was ready,went to my Vehicle and it wouldn't stay running, I had to Pay for a Tow Truck to take it to a Shop, this is going Small Claims Court as of a couple day's ago.

hire techs that know basic auto practices. the tech never checked the oil level after filling. he reported putting in 4 quarts of oil but he over filled a 4.5 quart engine by a quart or more. even after telling him how many grease fittings were on the drive line he missed them all

I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and front brake job. They drained HALF my transmission fluid and added DOUBLE oil! Dashboard lit up as soon as I left. The worst part was the tech tried to tell me I needed a new transmission and the car was already like that when I arrived! This was irresponsible, dangerous, and shortened the life of my vehicle. Completely unacceptable! I received ZERO compensation for the damage to my car or the inconvenience and still had to PAY for this lousy service! I used BigO for many, many years. NEVER AGAIN! How could an experienced mechanic ever make a mistake this huge? My poor car! Honestly, you have to ask yourself, what would your reaction be if this happened to you? What would you expect be done?
