my husband and I have bought several sets of tires from Big O, but yet I was charged $18.00 to fix a low tire that had a nail in it

Made an appointment to have my alternator replaced. Made appointment a week before. No price was communicated until I asked which the estimated price is well above what it should have been, as the alternator is only priced around 250 but I was charged 400 for the new alternator. On top of that. When I arrived for my appointment they told me they were too busy and they would have to reschedule. Making my trip down there a waste and making me miss work because I planned for it to be that day. Had to then drop my car off first thing that Monday and walk to work. Just because they couldn't keep my appointment

I received an appointment confirmation by email which said I would get three promotions, "Additional Michelin $70 online rebate, Michelin $70 Online Rebate, $50 mail-in rebate" for a total rebate of $190. The quote at the end of the document listed: Products and Services $854.95 Estimated Taxes $59.99 Estimated Total $914.95 Total after rebate $724.95 I showed the email to the service rep in store and two of them claimed the only rebate I was entitled to was a $70 Visa reward card from Michelin which I had to apply for on line. Why did you misrepresent the promotions in the email I was sent? Looks fraudulent to me. According to your email I should receive $190 in promotional rebates. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE.

Called the day before driving 100 miles to make sure they had the tires I wanted and when showed up to the store they didn’t have the tires! Tools the man on the phone the day before drive to the store that I was from out of town! Told him twice that I was from Parachute and wanted to make sure Big “O” had the tires! Then when I got to the store they said someone bought the tires I wanted...yea right! They didn’t have the tires so that was a waste of time and gas! I would have put them on my credit card but he never ask for my card number at all! Been going to this store for 11 or more years! Time for a change of supplier! 🤬

I got an oil change and the technician said that the only way to take the filter off was to break it , because it was screwed on too tight from another shop. The thing is , there's a certain way of getting it off and if they were having trouble , they should have stopped at that point so I could have the other shop handle the problem. I had to pay for the broken part and leave my car there. The guys were nice, but I just wished they would have stopped right then and there. I feel they wanted some other shop pay for their mistake.

First, they said nothing was wrong with my car until I told them to test drive the car. They then discovered that I needed front brakes and calipers. I then was charged a shop fee that was later removed after I told them it was not quoted in the price for the brakes. I am having more problems with my vehicle since I took it from the shop. When I turn sharply or back up turning something is keeping it from moving forward or backward correctly. There is an undercarriage light on in my car. and I don't know what it means. Please reach out to me to get time to get this looked at.

hire professionals instead of poor mechanics, not steal products off other peoples cars, do the work you were asked to do and not what you want to do. it's very hard to blame one particular person for missing parts but somehow parts like lug nuts and tire pressure sensors keep disappearing. I have 2 vehicles that I only had serviced at big o tires and now I have to find another shop because of issues with your shop on north avenue.
