The tires I ordered were not n stock and took too long to get, requiring separate trips. My car was vibrating severely after service, and I got a run around on the reason requiring more trips to your location to find and correct the problem. I was told my alignment was fine, it still veers slightly to the right. This series of events took entirely too long requiring hours of sitting in your lobby, uncomfortably. I will not be back.

I have been a regular customer for approximately 15 + years and it appears that the employees at this location are not thorough in completing the job/task as ordered my oil change on a previous visit was terrible as they failed to put oil cap back on and affecting my engine performance and when oil change is completed there is no communication such as oil was low or dark in color for example.

I dropped of 4 wheels and tires. I paid $140 to have them mounted and balanced. The tires were new, wheels almost new. When I went to mount them I noticed that none of them had been balanced. Not a single weight anywhere

I brought my truck in to have the tires rotated. I was met by a representative right away who said they would start the work right away and it would take about 15 minutes. I told him I was going to walk over to a store for an errand. I came back about 20-25 minutes later and my truck was still in the work area. I didn't see anyone in the store to ask about the status of my truck, so I read a magazine and waited. After a while I checked on my truck and it was still in the work area but an employee was there and I asked if my truck was ready. They said yes but wanted the key bob to address a dashboard light. I explained that the light should be ignored. After that I got my truck back and left. The whole experience took around an hour I/O the 15 minutes originally stated.

Serious try to find the issue. There is something wrong in front end, refusal to do more than shake it on rack, I ask for cv jount to be replaced, they said they did not think it nessary, i said i wanted it done. I work out of town, daughters car. Needs fixed. Cv highest likely issue. They replaced it. Said it was worn and needed replaced. Car in good shape now. Wife picked the car up, car still clunks when turning. As a father of a family of 5, with 7 vehicles in drive way currently, trailers, ect ect I have spent 10s of thousands at that store through the years. Pretty sure that was the last dollar.

For the employees to be more considerate of people's cars and inform them of what they came across. I was told that they will call me when it was ready. The psi on all 4 new tires are way off. I'm taking my car to someone else to fix the issue.

Came in for a wheel alignment. It was completed promptly--within an hour. Unfortunately, while the car pulling to the left was diminished, the problem was not resolved and there is still a strong pull to the left. I'll bring the car back under your warranty, but first I need to make a trip to Denver, and I don't have time to come back to your Grand Junction store before we leave on that trip. Too bad the alignment was not satisfactory on the first visit.

When replacing coolant after flush, put in coolant recommended by manufacturer.

I was told to be in at 7am. U was there on time because I knew I needed to wait for my car. I was told that there was another car in the bay where my work needed to be done. I should have been given a phone call telling me to delay my visit but I did not receive a call. Then I was told they ordered the wrong part so I waited 3 more days. Then I was told that another part was needed for my car. It is still not fixed and after getting my car home I still need to wait for parts and I don't feel safe driving it because of the brakes.
