They had to replace two of the Lugnut bolts due to cross threading by the previous work done by them when done I now have a squeaky left rear brake issue

I was not well informed about what I was paying for and their recommended service was an outrageous added price. I did not feel that I was ripped off but I did feel under informed.

Tell customer how long the service is estimated to take. Give a cost estimate before service is conducted. After the oil change, explain what else was checked such as differentials, transmission fluid, etc. Update the oil change information on the inside of the windshield.

My visit started out fine,I was helped by Francisco Rodriguez who at first took great care of me, talked pricing clearly, at the end when we were loading my new tires he unfortunately looked very rudely at me and said "You need to buy new shoes!!" Not joking at all!! Considering I spent near $800 I was hurt and surprised. Wont come back!!

None of the employees were wearing a mask. Not even inside the lobby. This is the first time I have been in a store where employees were not required to wear a mask.

The person that I worked with did not know how to operate a computer, let alone the big o tire system. He messed up my invoice to the point where what I bought was not listed, just the total price. Couldn 't do rebates without proper invoice.

Sales person was unaware of the t.v. adds for $100.off and did not offer the big O credit card for an extra $50. Dealer rebate.

When going in for my oil changes previously I was informed of any other issues. Tires, or any mechanical problems or maintenance needed. Nothing like that was done.

I told the people that I was rushed for time and specifically asked how long it would take. I was told 30 minutes. After 3 hours, I told them that I couldn't wait for the alignment and left. It took 3 hours to put on new tires! And I was never given a valid reason for why it took so long. There were very few vehicles being worked on.
