Big O Tires

I am impatient by nature.

The phone was ringing the entire time we were there. Very uncomfortable

Could find good ties at a better price online but the wait is the only draw back. Because the tires were not the same as what was in stock the price beat wasn't valid.

Online price was different than the price during purchase.

Labor and parts too high on tie rod end replacement, especially when your buying 4 tires and doing an alignment anyway.

I am I need of tires but can’t afford at this time due to financial hardship. I have had a BigO credit card in the past but was closed due to no activity after I paid it off. Now I need a card again and was denied. Discount helped me out so all is good. I will be using them for my car care needs.

It’s not that I wasn’t satisfied, There wasn’t a charge to fix my tire, I appreciate that.

It was a great service, price was a little high but you guys are pretty thorough. I asked to have my tires looked at while my brakes were serviced. The dashboard CP said I had low pressure, I found a nail in the tire. I asked to check both front tires but it looks like maybe it was forgotten about. Thanks for the free service of having the nails holes fixed, just got forgotten this time.

Window sticker was inaccurate. Price was up a lot since previous service??

I was unsatisfied with the tires I was currently driving, they were big o tires. That is why I had to get a new set of tires.
