Big O Tires

Fast friendly and easy to work with

A lug nut was not replaced after rotation. I drove home without it. When realized they made the appt to fix it

It took a little longer than an hour if it was done under 30 minutes I would be happier.

When I go to the Big O on 3rd in Grand Junction, they explain what they did, even if it's a simple oil change. Using the one on North, I don't always find that being the case. I understand that it might be busy, but it doesn't take that long to make people feel important

HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK NECT DAY AS THERE WERE TWO NAILS IN TIRE NOT JUST ONE

Ordered tires then tires were sold to someone else did get a slightly better tire for the same price. When they were changing my tires they should have noticed a wheel bearing that was bad and tie rod ends on the passenger side that were also bad.

No issues at all

It took over 45 minutes to repair a flat tire

Not clear on detail of bill and when I discovered information that was contrary to the amount charged, with in 15 mins of dropping off the car I was given information that fanned the flames of miss information instead of solving the problem or show that I problem was important, there was know attempt to address my problem until much later, which did end well.

I'm satisfied with the services I got when I bought the tires!!!
