Big O Tires

I have been a Big-o tire customer for a long time and I have no issues with the Big-o brand of tires. I have noticed over the years the customer relation part has slowly declined Today it is hurry up get you in out as fast as possible and not paying any attention to the care of the customers vehicle seats and floormats and your tire techs do get dirty and whats on their clothes wind up in the drivers seat every time.

The communication during service was non existent and the service took 30 minutes longer than promised.

Because I’ve had credit there for years and I have t reapply for credit in order to get new tires and I had a hard time. I still don’t have credit yet

I was told it would be about 45 minutes to wait. It was almost a 2 hour wait. When I made the appt for 2 services needed, the tech said ok no problem. When I get here, they didn't have mixtures in stock and the mechanic didn't have time to do the service. Why didn't the tech tell me when I made the appt that he didn't have the tires? Or tell me that the mechanic was too busy? I would not have come in if I had known. Next time they should make sure the tires are in stock and make sure mechanic is available before scheduling. So I made a 2nd appt to go back when I shouldn't have. Maybe offer a discount for the trouble.

Your salesman was very helpful. However the shop help that they set out to get my brand new truck to pull in. The shop was absolutely filthy and he was covered in dirt and grease. He got in my brand new truck with leather and suede seats, leaving dirt all over my seats on the door, and the steering wheel was covered in dirt from his hands as well, I am very satisfied with my tires and how well you people took care of me but I honestly think that’s the shop help that works with dirty tires and grease. Should not be getting into customers cars and transferring that dirt and grease throughout their vehicles. Thank you.

Hello, The only downside was that there are many young men there and they have conservations with one another, just like they should. The conversations were very animated. There was a lot of the Fu-k word being thrown around. (loudly) I am over 60years old and I didn't think that was necessary in the workplace. Very rude to me. Thanks, Patty Orin

It was a tire rotation not a steak and potatoes, nothing is highly satisfactory.

Just a little expensive for store brand
