Incredible value and friendly service

Made my appointment over the phone. Someone greeted me in the parking lot shortly after I arrived. Her name was Brittany. She asked for my keys after reviewing what I had scheduled to be done. I waited outside for my wife to pick me up. They called several hours later to let me know my vehicle was finished. When I arrived back, my keys and the bill were ready. Expectations exceeded, and not for the first time. I am a regular customer here.

required work took too long,saw 30+ cars come & go, no oil change sticker put in frony window and not all paperwork given to me

My after market rims/wheels were scuffed up.

Philippe was kind and was quick to get my VW Golf in as quick as he could and understood me as a regular. I’ve never had a problem with this location.

Was not told that I would be charged for flat tire fix, in the past I was never charged.

It was fine. We had problems with our Jeep over 4th of July and had our vehicle towed to this store since they previously serviced it for the problem, but they would not service it so we towed it elsewhere. They found no problem so we brought it back to Big O a few weeks later for an oil change. We then traveled to Denver for a medical appt. When we turned the Jeep it never started again. We had to sell the Jeep for auction and buy a new hybrid vehicle to travel back to Grand Junction. I'm just disappointed that we had to pay for 2 oil changes within days of each other and that Big O did not help us over 4th of July.

Costly, and my shocks are bad after only 1.5 years on truck
