The management and staff team at this location are a brilliant example of what good customer service, hospitality and management means. I highly recommend going to see what is going on at this location managerially as an example to all other locations.

As we as well own two Big O Tire franchises, it is important that we use their services. However, besides our own of course, the Big O in Grand Junction on North Ave is my favorite! They take such good care of us all the time. They always know who I am though we have never met. They are patient about when I get them paid, even though it is generally right away. Always friendly and always prompt. Just what we expect from our own Big O Tires associates!

We had an unrepairable tote and live 50 miles from this big o store. We always have been satisfied at this store so we go back. The associates were very helpful. They got us in and ready to go within a reasonable time as they were very busy. We appreciate them all.
