Big O Tires

Shopped at this location several times before. Purchased snow tires from this location, always had great service, usually as a walk in.

The staff at this location are awesome. I wouldn’t even think of going to a competitive shop in town. They are great and absolutely trustworthy. The friendliest in town!

I was helped right away and my car was serviced very timely. When my car was done they called me right away and when I came to pick up my car there was no wait to check out. Very fast service. Very satisfied.

They remembered me from my previous visits. The store was clean. We called and informed the manager Brittany that we were running late. They accommodated us even though they were very busy. I have been in the store many times in the past and I’m always leaving happy with my service. I have been to the store in Glenwood Springs many times previously as well and always leave frustrated and displeased with the service. The Grand Junction location is much better and the staff is much more professional.

They did not question what transpired with the tire that could not be fixed. Very friendly & did not have to wait long at all to have it replaced. Great warranty!
