The valve stem repair and tire rotation is part of the service for owning Big O tires. The man that greeted and assisted me is very kind and professional. I do wish the window would have been rolled up after they finished the service and parked the vehicle for my return to the store. There are several homeless people that congregate in the area and they could have lifted something out of the truck.

I have had a lengthy relationship (12 years +) with this Big O center, and have yet to be disappointed with my treatment. My most recent visit involved the installation of an engine shield that I purchased on the internet after my came off while driving. They were able to install it very efficiantly. I made an appointment with Phillipe, and when I arrived Alex waited on me. When I picked it up a young woman waited on me and was very pleasant. All in all, I would say exemplary service all around.
