Big O Tires

The staff are always so pleasant, professional, and I trust them with all my vehicles. They truly care for the customer and I would never even consider another tire shop. The prices are always great but they deserve a premium for the consistently fantastic service!!

Alex from the North avenue shop is awesome. I called him for specifics and he found tires from the Az store and had them delivered within one week. This young employee to me is a stand out and I appreciate his customer service 109 %

I got a friendly greeting by an associate when I came through the door. I wish I remembered his name but he did mention that he had just recently started working there. I told him what I needed and he gave me my options and plenty of info to make my decision. I planned to leave the car overnight but I received a phone call not long after I left just to let me know that it was ready to pick up whenever I wanted. Overall my experience was great and I couldn't have asked for any better. I'll add that I came in last summer for tires for my Jeep and some mistakes were made and I got pretty upset at one point. But the store manager stepped in and did a great job of straightening everything out and I left there happy. I think that says a lot. I've been buying tires at this Big O for a long time now

I had just blown a tire on my camper while traveling for the July 4th weekend. I was one mile out of town on the side of the road with my son and dogs in the truck. I was able to get a ride to the local Big O store and explain my situation. The store manager was extremely helpful in taking my tire and knowing the urgency to get a new one put back on so I could get back to my son and the dogs. I am very appreciative of their efforts to have me out out the store within 15 minutes!!

Got a flat tire the previous day and multiple other places were unable to help when necessary. The times the store were open and the quickness of a job well done helped me get to work on time.

Was in at 0700, on the rack at 0701 and done by 0710. Tires Rotated and back on the road.. Amazing.!!!! Thank You. Will continue to tell others about Big O.

The employees are friendly and courteous. The didn't try pushing me into buying things I didn't need. This is the second time I have gone to this store and the employees are consistent with friendliness and politeness.
