Big O Tires

I had a front in alignment a couple days ago and right before my cross country trip I heard a new noise. I was worried about scheduling and being able to get on the road. It was a Saturday morning and they were able to get me right in and make the repairs on my shocks and sway bars.

I just got the tires balanced and rotated two weeks ago and had to drive 100 miles the first time and again the second time to get the job done right! So, a total of 200 miles plus my time which should have been done right the first time! I live in Parachute so it is out of my way to get there! All four tire were out of balance!

Very communication with what the problem is and how to go about it. Helped with free service and part check for my truck when they weren't busy
