I was able to schedule appointment on line, received a fair estimate quickly, and was only charged for what was actually needed on the truck. Work was done in a very timely manner. Thank you Big O.

U came in to set up an appointment for tire replacement snf to verify a quote I had received previously. It turned out that the tires were in stock and they could replace my old ones right away, so that saved me a trip back. I was told that the work would take about 45 minutes but they were done sooner than that.

I rarely talk with people when an auto service comes up in the conversation. Should that happen, I would always recommend Big O.

The associates were extremely helpful in my tire purchase. As the day I went in, the promotion was to expire, and there were only 3 of the 4 available tires in stock, they offered me to go ahead and get the promo even though they'd come in a few days later. I went ahead and prepaid for them, since they were so kind as to have offered that. They also told me they'd be in on Wed, and would call me, and they kept their word. I came down, and got my tires on, with very little time to wait. They were tremendously helpful and kind, and got me back on the road with minimal wait.
