I ordered utv tires for my older Deere gator. Big o was the only store willing to mount them in grand junction. The tires were filled to the proper psi, and the mechanic Tyler helped me load them even though it wasn’t a big chore to do so. As my utv tires are fairly light. Everyone in the building was courteous and in a good mood. I am happy more with the customer service from Tyler than anything. I lost my son 3 weeks ago, he was 28. For the first time since we laid him to rest Tyler made me smile despite myself. Thank you for having an employee that is willing to look after customers like that. It helped my day more than you will ever know.

The mechanic identified the issue and had a solution in place for my vehicle to be fixed the following day. The parts were there and the vehicle was fixed within a couple of hours

We called with a flat tire. Billy said bring it on in. We arrived quickly, and I asked for Billy, he knew who I was and gave the keys to Aiden (Hayden? I’m a bit deaf!). It took longer to unload the passengers than it did to fix the tire! When Aiden brought it around, I asked for the bill I was SHOCKED to learn it was no charge! Thank you Big O Tires. As an out of town visitor, I appreciated the service, hospitality, and speed. THANKS!

The North Ave Big O Tires crew was amazing! They communicated clearly about expectations, timeline, etc., and they were entertaining. & friendly. I’m a Big O customer regularly and just moved to Grand Junction. Glad I went with this location.
