The qualiity of the service from the sales person Aidan Thurston and the extra help I received from the gentleman Gustavo was above and beyond exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. Audan and Gustavo had seen that I still needed to put my new license plates on my vehicle and without hesitation they put them on for me (with clear communication that I wanted them to) the little extra above and beyond along with the extremely professional and courteousness of these two has got me as a permanent customer for life here at Big O Tires.
