Great customer service from Tim. To the point no hassle

We went to Dreams to get a new mattress for our home and we were not disappointed. Joe greeted us upon entering the store and was very knowledgeable of the products on offer. We tried out the sleep tech to see what would be the most ideal matress for our results and showed us a range that would fit this criteria. When we chose our matress Joe was prompt in processing this order and we also opted for the protection for the item. We were also offered refreshments while we were in store which I thought was a really nice touch. Brilliant service provided by Joe and we wouldn't think twice about visiting Dreams for our next Bed related purchase. We also got a fantastic deal!

The lady assistant was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to explain all the questions we asked her.

Jo, the salesman, was friendly, helpful and felt he did the best deal for us. nothing was too much trouble.
