We was very happy with the lady who helped us she was not overly pushy and was friendly and very informative. We found there was plenty of choice and particularly liked the fact we could even try out the pillows while trying out the mattress we purchased. We was only looking for a mattress but also saw a bed frame which we was surprised at the price so we also purchased this. The store was very warm but the water on offer helped with this.

First the cistomer service is excellent, very welcoming and friendly. It was at Aintree liverpool branch, Justine os fab. He knows the products very well and offer us an alternative that suits our budget and at the same rine good quality too

Laura was really helpful and remembered me and the products id been looking at when I went back.

We were approached quickly. Having explained what we were looking for, we were shown the various options and offered various combinations. We left satisfied but wanted to see if other retailers offered any other products that would suit. Having considered other options we went back to Dreams and purchased the product. The sales assistance was again helpful, hence we purchased from her.

Everyone was great and I enjoyed my time in the store the staff were nice know problems I glad I went to Dreams and it was a dream with the staff there.

Me and my partner were looking for a new mattress and the assistant Laura Kenny was very understanding of our needs and showed us a range of mattresses. We positioned ourselves on the Dreams mattress and got our bed suitability assessed. From that Laura was very helpful and new her stuff on the right type of mattress for us. Water was provided and she even kept our 18month old boy entertained whilst we were lying down trying out the beds which was kindly appreciated! Nothing seemed too much trouble and she knew the answers to all our questions. Laura is a great asset to your Company. Thank you Laura. We cant wait to receive our mattress on the 15th!
