Friendly staff very attentive and listened to what I wanted

Friendly and knowledgable staff shopfloor displays and layout

Kelly was great, explained everything and even included my daughter in the experience too. We were not rushed, given plenty of choice an all our questions answered. We learnt new information about certain products. Offered a drink which was a nice touch. The shop was busy an she was juggling between people but that didn't put her off her stride.

Very smooth and efficient deal. Staff in store were very helpful.

Laura the sales person was excellent and helped with all aspects of buying my mattress including offering me cheaper options and giving me all the time I needed to make my decision as well as giving her opinion which helped a lot as it was objective and not based on getting a sale.

Kelly the sales assistant at Aintree was fantastic, extremely helpful and friendly.

We were assisted by James who was courteous and understanding of our needs. His knowledge of what products would complement our needs was excellent and this allowed our shopping experience to be quick and fuss free.
