The friendly assistant, was extremely knowledgeable, introduced us to the tech that helps identify the correct mattress (it’s been years since we bought a mattress) and with her help we chose something we really happy with, excited for delivery and the whole process was completed smoothly. We appreciated all the Covid recommendations continuing in the store and felt very safe. Lastly the Harrogate water available for customers was a lovely gesture and delicious.

We were served by Joe at the Aintree store and he was brilliant. Very helpful, not too pushy, informative, knowledgeable, he knew when to step away (couple discussions) and when to engage, great attitude, friendly and sealed the deal effortlessly. Great asset to your company.

From the minute I walked in I was treated with courtesy and respect was shown the new way off finding out your sleep pattern what your health and body position where the two assistants were full of knowledge I was shown all that was good for me I was offered a hot or cold drink I wasn't rushed and not forced into buying on the spot in the end I bought the whole bed because your male assistants where absolutely invaluable I know one of them was from St Helens and the other one was leaving I bought my bed from the store in Aintree I couldn't fault them at all

We spoke to James at Dreams Aintree originally who took me through the process of finding the correct mattress. James used the interactive machine were I was asked to lie on the bed and watch the process of finding the correct mattress. This process was really good. James had great knowledge and his customer service was brilliant. When I returned to complete the sale I spoke to Debi who made the process straightforward.

I felt welcomed as Naomi greeted me and my partner at the door, she started by letting us try the machine which determines the right mattress for the both of us. We had been to two other stores including Speke and we where not greeted nor neither of us knew where to start looking so we where grateful for Naomi and her patience with us. Thankyou to all the team in Aintree who helped us pick and order our new mattress.
