Their is quite a lot of choice and it is possible to mix and match items. The member of staff who served us was very pleasant and helpful.

I was the only customer in the store. I was given some amount of time to browse but I wasn't left too long. I did need help to find a specific item that I had seen online. However, the assistant manager left me with specific options to try out on the mattresses I could try for the bed frames I had and gave me time to try things out without pressure.

Chantelle who served us was very calm, not trying to rush us, very knowledgeable and very friendly. The store was bright, clean and peaceful.
